I had an awesome experience with Ben from Battery World. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had my car battery replaced in no time.

I arrived at 5:01 PM on Saturday, just after closing time, but Ben still kindly helped replace my car battery. My battery was completely flat, so I couldn’t even drive anywhere else. Even though it was already past closing time, he was incredibly kind and took the time to help me. I’m so grateful for the great service and genuine kindness. Thank you so much, Ben! This morning I drove to Supercheap Auto to buy a car battery and paid extra for installation, but the staff told me my battery installation was too complicated and they couldn’t do it. I then asked the staff at a nearby Battery World, and they said they could help. When I arrived, I found out it was the same battery model, but $20 cheaper than Supercheap. I ended up purchasing an upgraded battery, which came with free installation, so it only cost a little more and saved me the installation fee — absolutely worth it! What really impressed me is that this store has its own workshop. The staff were very patient, responsible, and professional, and they took the time to make sure everything was done properly. And surprisingly they gave me the gift bag!!!!😍 Thank you so much for your help — love you guys! Highly recommended 👍
