Volt $500 Gift Voucher Giveaway

Giveaway prize includes one (1) $500 Battery World gift voucher for the winner to use at their local Battery World store. To enter in the draw customers must be a member of the Volt Loyalty Program. No prior purchase is required. Winners will be drawn on the first week of each month and have one week upon receiving notification to confirm their prize, otherwise a second chance draw will occur for that month.

Charge to the Adelaide Grand Final with Battery World & Supercars 2026 Conditions of Entry

1. Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter this Promotion form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering this Promotion, entrants accept these Conditions of Entry.

2. The Promoter is Battery World Australia Pty Ltd ABN 91 050 399 605 of 37-65 Cobalt Street, Carole Park QLD 4300.

3. The Promotional Period begins at 12.00 am Australian Central Daylight Time ("ACDT") on Friday 16 October 2026 and concludes at 11.59 pm ACDT on Monday 13 November 2026.

4. To be an Eligible Entrant, individuals must:

be aged 18 years or over;
be an Australian resident;
be a current VOLT member at the time of purchase, or successfully join the VOLT program at the time of purchase; and
during the Promotional Period, purchase any Automotive Battery from a participating Battery World store, with one (1) automatic entry awarded for each eligible Automotive Battery purchased.

5. By doing so, Eligible Entrants agree to these Conditions of Entry for this Promotion. Multiple entries are permitted. Eligible Entrants will receive one (1) automatic entry for each eligible Automotive Battery purchased during the Promotional Period, whether purchased in a single transaction or across multiple transactions.

6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries, entrants, purchases and VOLT membership status (including the date of membership registration), including an entrant's identity, age, place of residence and qualifying purchase, and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

7. Incomplete, inaccurate, indecipherable or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

8. This Promotion is a game of chance.

9. There will be one (1) Winner of this Promotion selected at random from all Eligible Entries received during the Promotional Period.

10. The Prize for this Promotion is for two (2) people to attend the Adelaide Grand Final Supercars event being held from Thursday 26 November 2026 to Sunday 29 November 2026 ("Event") with the following inclusions:

two (2) x 4-Day General Admission Tickets with Supercars Paddock Access;
one (1) x Supercars Pre-Race Grid Walk experience for two (2) people on either the Saturday or Sunday of the Event; and
one (1) x $300 Prepaid VISA Gift Card.

11. The total Prize pool value is up to AUD$1,500 including GST. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize value.

12. The Prize does not include accommodation, flights, travel, transfers, meals, insurance, fuel, parking, or any other ancillary costs associated with attending the Event unless expressly stated within these Conditions of Entry. Any such costs are the sole responsibility of the Winner and their guest.

13. The draw will take place on Monday 16 November 2026 at 10.30 am ACDT at 33 Oxford Street, Nundah QLD 4012.

14. The Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact details associated with their qualifying purchase within two (2) business days of the draw. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. If a Winner does not respond to the Promoter within 72 hours of notification, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize.

16. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Battery World franchisees, Century Yuasa and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

17. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

18. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all conditions of use of the Prize and the Event supplier's requirements.

19. In the event that any part of the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize or part of the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

20. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

21. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

22. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

23. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct this Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties including but not limited to agents, contractors, prize suppliers and regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy available at www.batteryworld.com.au/privacy.

24. The laws of Australia apply to this Promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Eligible Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
