The experience I had with Battery World Welshpool (Matt & Kristen) was professional, quick and efficient. My car got pushed back by few car workshops including Supercheap Auto as the testing and replacing the battery of European brand car was tricky. Battery World Welshpool knows how to handle it and assisted in testing the battery to make sure if the replacement of it was necessary. The shop has a range of batteries displayed to choose from and making a selection was convenient for me. I got a new battery at an original selling price but I got a free of charge testing and replacing it with old a battery. Thank you.
I'm so happy by the staff switching my battery on spot and also guiding me through the options for my vehicle. My battery was flat and my mind was really tired after a long week of work and my car battery flattened out after 5 years. Fortuanly the staff switched it out for me which i didnt expect he would do.
