A1 service. Had a battery that was discharging quickly and popped in when I saw the website offered quick battery checks. They tested the battery in front of me and showed me the results (it was dying), and also made sure there was no issues with the alternator so that I didn't unnecessarily buy a battery to have it happen again. Great service with a phenomenal turn around time. We had our 87 year old relative in the car and they gave us high priority and were there in 15 mins. I can’t remember his name, but he was a pleasure to deal with.
My car was having to be jump started so a friend recommended Battery World Waurn Ponds and so I went there instead of *cough* repco or supercheap (who charge to install a battery!) and the young man there was so helpful, he checked my car battery, confirmed it was not recharging and cooked and then even went the extra mile and offered to install the new car battery and dispose of the old one. He was really friendly and knowledgeable and I was super impressed, definitely going back there if the need ever arises again
The worker was so great and incredibly patient with me as he changed the batteries on my garage remote and the wall remote (which was difficult to open). 5 stars for the service
