Have just had an extremely welcoming & most pleasant experience with the lads, principally Wayne & James, at Batteryworld in Warrnambool. I required 2 X replacement Deep Cell Batteries for my Motorhome & they promptly sourced & ordered the said batteries & only to willingly parted with the duties they were engaged in upon my arrival & promptly, gleefully, diligently, whilst having a right royal engaging & personalable chat with me. Absolutely spot on for the type of conduct & service all customers wish for from retailers/businesses. I’ve included 2 pictures. Booked online at short notice and got in. James helped me ,tested and explained battery was not fully gone but likely to continue failing to start my 4wd.He then gave good advice and kindly dumbed down the info so I could understand allowing the right decision for new Battery be made. Fitted in no time and because I asked advice on solar charging was very helpful for future consideration. Genuine, informative and very approachable.Would not hesitate to use again.Great customer service.

The team at battery world Warrnambool are excellent at what they do .we gave them a difficult task to help us with concerning warranty on our caravan batteries.Even though we purchased at a different battery world shop and Warrnambool didn’t stock that brand they went out of their way to help.when the outcome from the battery company was not great the staff at Warrnambool came out on top and we now have new batteries.highly recommend these guys .
