Dropped in thinking I'll be up for $600 to replace two batteries, as my LandCruiser wouldn't start on a couple of occasions in a week. Des looked at them, told me they were 3 years old and on their way out due to age, tested them and said still good and you might get another 12 months out of them. Des cleaned all the battery terminals, tightened and running like a dream again. Des could have just said, your batteries are gone and need replacing but good old fashioned business prevailed and he sent me on my way with Zero charge for his fantastic service. I will be returning to to this fantastic business in the future, when the batteries do need replacing. Thanks once again Des, exceptional customer service👏
Really wonderful customer service at this store! Ian replaced a flat car battery for me at a reasonable price and I enjoy the kind customer service so much I brought my flat watches back to get new batteries in. Again, Ian was able to do it on the spot at nearly half the price of what’s offered at the local shopping centre.
