Battery World Wantirna

So efficient! Ian is really a professional guy, to help with the battery selection and fitting. Never expected this to replace a car battery would be that easy and quick. Much appreciated!

Went to Battery World yesterday, around 12pm, and had such an amazing experience. I believe his name was Ian. I went to a few different places and they said my battery was bad, but he tested it and said it was fine. He located the issue as being the connector, the rust on it, and the fact that one of it was loose. He cleaned it and tightened it, and didn't charge anything! I also had a great experience a few years ago when I had to replace my battery. Since the issue was the alternator, I believe I had to get some special battery or something. The guy who replaced it didn't even charge me! Seriously outstanding service, twice I've been there and both times was great.

Exceptional, prompt service from someone who genuinely cares. Dez helped me with my Honda CR-V battery after roadside assistance couldn't provide a replacement. I had my child with me and was feeling quite frantic. Dez knew exactly which battery I needed and replaced it on the spot—even though it was after closing time on a weekend. He also made sure the car's computer completed all the necessary processes before I drove away, giving me complete confidence that everything was working properly. I can't thank Dez enough for going above and beyond. His professionalism, knowledge, and kindness turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend him to anyone needing battery assistance.

Dropped in thinking I'll be up for $600 to replace two batteries, as my LandCruiser wouldn't start on a couple of occasions in a week. Des looked at them, told me they were 3 years old and on their way out due to age, tested them and said still good and you might get another 12 months out of them. Des cleaned all the battery terminals, tightened and running like a dream again. Des could have just said, your batteries are gone and need replacing but good old fashioned business prevailed and he sent me on my way with Zero charge for his fantastic service. I will be returning to to this fantastic business in the future, when the batteries do need replacing. Thanks once again Des, exceptional customer service👏

Great great customer service from Dez, reasonable price, quick service. In have been ripped off by Bond battery in bayswater. I will always go to battery world(specifically Wantirna ) for any battery needs.
