Service was impeccable! We always prefer to shop local and this is our go to place for all our battery needs but today they really went above and beyond. My little man had a rough day at preschool and even though we knew we needed a new car battery, they took it around the back, let my little man help test the battery and tell me what we needed to do like he worked there too. They explained every process to him and let him help with the tools and pick which battery we needed. The service was amazing and really made my little guys day. Exceptional services. We had them deliver a brand new battery home the same morning we ordered it online for our Hilux. They fitted the battery for me free of charge, and also diagnosed the truck right after to check for any faults that may cause issues for us in general. After spotting an opportunity as part of the team at the store on the banks of Lake Macquarie, Hayden joined just at the right time to take over the store.
With a background in systems, integrations, and procurement Hayden combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for the Lake Macquarie lifestyle. An avid sailor since childhood, he understands the community's marine battery needs firsthand.
Hayden and his family relocated from Sydney to Toronto three years ago, drawn by the area's lakeside charm. Hayden is committed to serving local families and building community connections through sponsorships and partnerships. His goal: bringing fresh energy while maintaining the trusted service Toronto residents have relied on for decades.
