I’ve been using battery world South Canberra for years now, yesterday I rocked up needing a new battery in my car and saw some new faces, walked in said gday and apologised for an unfun job on a 40+ degree day. Was greeted with the same professional cheerfulness I was used to from previous staff, they took the car straight in the shed and swapped the battery and had me on my way in 25 minutes, I was given a bottle of cool water while I waited in the showroom. I will always be back and tell my friends to got there as well for the no fuss good service. Nothing is too hard or too much.
These guys are fantastic. Needed a battery for my Telstra Nighthawk and had so much trouble trying to get one. Called the Phillip (ACT) BatteryWorld Shop and they had one sent to me in Queensland via express. Really nice, helpful, courteous and efficient staff. Thanks guys. You are the best.

Great service by friendly staff. Treated me respectfully and listened to the issues with my campervan battery system. We’re not patronising or dismissive and aimed at helping to restore the battery rather than just selling me a new one. As a senior female I valued the service I received and would recommend them.
