Excellent service from Battery World team Phillip. From my initial phone call enquiry, Jamie was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He replaced my car battery quickly and professionally, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend this store to anyone needing a battery replacement.

I’ve been using battery world South Canberra for years now, yesterday I rocked up needing a new battery in my car and saw some new faces, walked in said gday and apologised for an unfun job on a 40+ degree day. Was greeted with the same professional cheerfulness I was used to from previous staff, they took the car straight in the shed and swapped the battery and had me on my way in 25 minutes, I was given a bottle of cool water while I waited in the showroom. I will always be back and tell my friends to got there as well for the no fuss good service. Nothing is too hard or too much.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently that Battery World responded to my "walk in" request for a replacement battery for my Mazda. The staff were courteous and very efficient in assisting my request. All up it only took about 10mins to replace the battery and have me back on the road and with paperwork that showed my 36mths battery warranty. Very happy with their service.

I rolled in unannounced at around midday with my car after being advised during a dealer service in Phillip that I needed a new 12v battery but that they didn’t have any in stock. The service provider recommended Battery World. The service I received was prompt, polite and professional. They offered to replace the battery in 20-30 mins, so I ducked off for a coffee and by the time I was done, I received a call that the installation was done. Great shop. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with the team at Battery World in Philip! I had quite a stressful morning after finding out my car battery died first thing, and then my insurance who provided the road side assistance didn’t have any batteries on them. So I was jumped started and told to head straight to this team. After a quick call to let them know I was en route, I was greeted out the front when I drove in and was given quick, friendly and professional service. Thanks team!
