The team at this battery world site were absolutely fantastic. My car failed to start that morning and I barely made it to work and back. I left the car running while collected the kids to ensure it didn’t die. U was going to take my car to MyCar but I have received great service in the past at this branch and decided to pop in expecting a lengthy diagnosis and replacement process. The team popped out, check the battery and confirm it needed to be replace in 5 mins. The team member talked through all options and what he would recommend. There was no pressure to even get a battery just great advice and service. I selected a battery and it was fitted and programmed in minutes with 4 yr warranty supplied. Last minute issue with my car battery, spoke to Darren brought the car in and was changed over very easily with no hassle. Appreciate the help even over the Christmas/Holiday period. Would definitely recommend.
