I’ve been buying batteries from Battery World Ryde for years and don't see the need to go anywhere else. Jimmy and Darren are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely helpful. They took the time to make sure I selected the right battery for my Alfa and provided excellent service throughout. Even though I installed the battery myself, they offered — at no charge — to clear the dreaded computer errors that pop up after a dead battery. That kind of service and goodwill is rare these days. When it comes to something like a car battery, dependable, reliable and trustworthy advice really matters — which is exactly why I didn’t shop around for the lowest bidder. That said, the price was extremely fair as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest advice and great service.

I checked out on Google what I needed. Went onto your Website and called and sw Michael. I needed a Dyson V7 battery, which was low in stock. It was put aside for me. When I arrived I was assisted by James. He helped me by removing the old battery and installing the replacement. Friendly and professional service. Thank you.

The team at this battery world site were absolutely fantastic. My car failed to start that morning and I barely made it to work and back. I left the car running while collected the kids to ensure it didn’t die. U was going to take my car to MyCar but I have received great service in the past at this branch and decided to pop in expecting a lengthy diagnosis and replacement process. The team popped out, check the battery and confirm it needed to be replace in 5 mins. The team member talked through all options and what he would recommend. There was no pressure to even get a battery just great advice and service. I selected a battery and it was fitted and programmed in minutes with 4 yr warranty supplied. Great team great service and I would highly recommend recommend this branch.
