I can’t thank this team enough. My car broke down at my daughter’s school yesterday when the battery died, and it was absolutely pouring with rain. Within 20 minutes, a lovely young technician arrived, replaced the battery, and got me going again with no fuss at all. He was so kind, calm, and professional, which really helped during a stressful situation. Outstanding service — I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I have been to the Rocklea store probably half a dozen times over the years, and the over-the-counter service has always been good, if not great. I have also been in just to dispose of old batteries, and the service has been consistently good even when I was not buying anything. Recently, I was accidentally sold the wrong battery for my motorcycle. I contacted them that night after hours, and the next morning they called me within five minutes of opening. They organised for someone to come out, pick up the incorrect battery, and drop off the correct one. In today’s world, that really is going above and beyond. It is clear this business operates with integrity.

Without the help of Gareth and especially Max, we could not have got our vehicle on the road in such a quick time. The expertise and problem-solving from Max was 2nd to none and he even took the time to explain how everything worked. We explained we were leaving to go around Australia very soon and they were able to accommodate by booking us in very quickly.

Manager and staff are all knowledgeable about your products. All were also very polite and happy to engage in convo.

Great service, they did everything they could to accommodate my request, would definitely use them again.
