Battery World Rocklea

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Battery World thanks to Xavier. He came out promptly, was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and had me back up and running in no time. It's great to receive such genuine customer service these days. I highly recommend Battery World, and a big thank you to Xavier for going above and beyond!

Such a lovely team, and very efficient! Was greeted by Terry, who explained my options clearly and even entertained the baby while I moved the car into the drive through station, and then got the battery checked and new one placed by Gareth in about 15mins! There were a few others working, and everyone was super kind and involved in both mine and the other customers support! Thanks everyone!

Xavier from Battery World provided outstanding service. He operated with complete honesty and professionalism throughout the entire process. The quality of his workmanship was excellent, and he was personable, friendly, and easy to deal with. It's refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about delivering great customer service. I highly recommend Xavier and Battery World to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Yesterday all the warning light came up on the dash of my car, when I looked under the bonnet the battery didn’t look so good. So I called in to battery world feeling out of my depth on what I was even asking from the team. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness and enthusiasm. I was taken through to the work room where they quickly identified the problem and proceeded to fix it right then and there, I was in my way within 15 minutes and all the light were off on my dash! The team were so accommodating, kind and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them anytime!! Thanks so much guys!

Seamless speed : 13-3-26. Suspecting the battery in my Golf was nearing end of life, I drove straight to Battery World Rocklea. Upon arrival a sign invited me to “drive inside” the workshop. One way in and one way out. Plenty of room and a spotless highly functional workshop. Two guys were working away — they came over immediately. Lifted the bonnet. Digital scan and printout confirmed battery was at 20% of its rated 700 cranking amps. New battery installed in minutes. A few jokes and friendly banter as I settled the bill and I was soon driving away feeling assured. That’s how it should be. Outstanding positive service with no angst. Confident competent staff.
