Great fast service! Replaced my car remote battery so quick and easy!!
I went to Battery World to get a new battery for my Ruby, and the service was excellent. A young chap at the counter (sorry I didn’t get his name) was incredibly helpful. He got the voltmeter out and checked the battery, then explained that the battery life was low. He replaced the battery straight away. While he was changing the battery, another technician prepared the invoice, and then another team member calibrated the system. Boom — Ruby was ready again for her driving school duties! Because of their efficient service, I wasn’t delayed for my next lesson. What an excellent service centre. Thank you, guys!
Absolutely brilliant service. I bought a battery for my SS Commodore about 18 months ago and it seems to have completely drained despite sitting on a reliable trickle charge for six months. Got my car jump started and brought it down, Tom tested the battery which came up as inconclusive. It needed about a day or two on full charge to recover. Rather than force me to pay for another battery or get the flat one back down to them they honoured the warranty and changed it over for a new one, stating I had been inconvenienced enough. I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful for the great service. Sometimes things go wrong and it's how people respond that you find out what they are really like. This is wonderful service, would definitely come again and highly recommend.
