I dropped in with what I thought was a dead battery, the team tested it and said it was fine. They could have sold me a new battery easily but found a loose terminal. They tightened it and did not charge me a thing. Great service from a very knowledgeable team.
Today I had my old battery tested and a new one fitted by Reece A. I had already been to Supercheap Auto and Repco who could not supply and fit a battery for me in my Holden Cruze. Reece was so friendly and helpful. I recommend Battery World if ever you need a very affordable battery and great customer service. Thankyou Lorraine.

Terry, a qualified auto electrician, brings extensive experience in off-road travel and 4X4 fit-outs, specialising in solar systems and dual battery arrangements for caravans, camper trailers and boats. With their son also taking on a management role, the store remains family-focused.
