Excellent service from Battery World Penrith. I walked in without an appointment and they had my new battery fitted in around 10 minutes. They clearly explained the different battery options and prices before starting, with no hidden costs or surprises. They were also significantly cheaper than the Volvo dealer quote, while still supplying a premium battery with a strong warranty. After installation, they tested everything to make sure the car was running smoothly before I left. Fast, professional, transparent and great value. 100% recommended.
I came into this store on Thursday 15 October 2026 as I needed to get a new car battery for a Mercedes A250 2020 model. Both of the guys who assisted me at this store were very helpful and knowledgeable which is greatly appreciated as being a female, i do know some things about cars but not everything which is why I really appreciated the guys expertise and for helping me out. Both of the men were really friendly, helpful and had great customer service skills and I really appreciate it ! (I'm sorry I'm unsure of your names). Anytime that my car needs a battery in the future, I will definitely be coming back to this particular store based on the service that I received. I highly recommend this store ! I have always had great service from the Penrith store The battery prices are usually higher than everywhere else however if they are willing to be open on Sunday I’m happy to employ two young guys as they have bills to pay as well There was a small issue in that when the battery was removed to be replaced the car radio needed a code to reset it This can be alleviated by always using the 12 volt battery bypass unit every time on every vehicle (I did mention it to the young bloke) Always I managed it find the code via the Renault app with the VIN code All in all it was a good experience! Thanks for your help guys I appreciate you being open on the weekends! Cheers!
Supplied and installed a better quality battery cheaper than a quoted inferior battery. Really pleased with end result. Staff informative and very helpful. All up - a very wise choice to give them a call.
