I don't usually write reviews unless the service I received was above and beyond my expectations. The friendly service, product range, pricing, and professionalism of the staff at Parramatta store, notably Alexander, the manager, are worth writing about. I visited the store last week with my dad to buy a car battery and return a golf buggy battery. Alexander warmly greeted us as he helped us with our search for a battery for my dad's car and the installation, and helped us with the return. I want to congratulate you on your excellent staff, Alexander. In addition to his excellent product knowledge and recommendations, Alexander is patient and friendly, especially with my dad, whose English isn't his first language and wears a hearing aid. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also had the battery I needed in stock were were able to fit it straight away. They knew exactly what I needed for my car without having to look it up so they really do know their stuff.
Elliott took my call for my enquiry, I went to the shop, he showed me the options while giving me advise and he installed the battery and I was done! It is really great to work with people who not only know what they are doing but cares for customers! Thanks mate!
The two team members were so accommodating and helpful. My battery was on its last legs. I called and let them know I was concerned the car may not start again. When I arrived they were both there waiting for me at the car spot. It was so hot and they both kept smiling, were so patient and professional. Highly recommend! The owners need to provide good sun information and protection for the team.
