Highly recommend the team at Battery World in Pakenham. Called in to the store today seeking advice about a new battery for my ride on mower. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and arranged to send Grant to my home this afternoon. He arrived on time with a range of batteries and did an excellent job installing a new battery for me. I always buy replacement vehicle batteries from Battery World but this was my first time at Battery World Pakenham. I had given them a call earlier in the morning to discuss what options they suggested to replace the battery in my Toyota hybrid. They were very helpful on the phone and even offered to come to me if I couldn't get the car started. When I got there, I didn't have to wait long before the battery was tested, they confirmed the CCA reading was low and recommended an appropriate replacement. They price-matched with the best price online, so I was very happy with that as their price also included fitting the new battery and disposal of the old one. A month later the new battery, which came with a 2-year warranty, is operating perfectly. I'm very happy with this and will definitely go back to this family-owned business again.

Scott and Fay Davidson are no strangers to Battery World. The husband-and-wife team have operated Battery World Frankston for nearly four years and Battery World Dandenong for close to two years alongside their valued business partners Brad and Lynda Fitzsimmons, owners of Battery World Mornington.
Together, they have built a reputation for expert service, genuine community involvement and a product range that covers everything from car, 4x4, motorbike, boat and jet ski batteries through to industrial and truck applications.
Scott brings more than 30 years of experience in the automotive parts industry, while Fay manages the financial and business operations across the group.
Pakenham represents an exciting new chapter for the group, serving the area's growing farming and rural community with batteries for tractors, machinery and everything in between. True to form, the Davidsons are already looking to connect with local organisations and support the community they serve.
Ethan has taken the reins at the Pakenham store and has been involved across the group's other stores for three years, gaining extensive industry knowledge and hands-on experience. Together with Justine and Grant, who have each built valuable in-store experience for over 2 years, the team brings a strong combination of knowledge, enthusiasm and customer-focused service to the Pakenham community.
All things automotive are a family passion, with a strong focus on the classic car scene. Their son Rhys, who manages the Dandenong store, is a four-wheel-drive enthusiast who is always happy to help customers with the gear and advice they need to get out and explore. Expanding their existing network of stores while keeping it within the family was a natural next step.
