Battery World Mount Barker

Kylie and John were just amazing. I had a flat battery and was thinking I’d be up for $500+ to change it - the team warned me about the price etc. John comes out to inspect the battery, calls and tells me I just needed to charge it properly (which I didn’t do 😅). What I appreciate the about the team is that they went above and beyond to find me the right battery which was a really specific one, came out with it - and was truthful with the situation and honest. What wonderful humans - thank you for being awesome. They even checked in with me this morning to make sure my car was all fine. Thanks again Batteryworld Mt Barker!!

Couldn't have asked for better service. Bought in our 2 batteries from our van to be checked (issues when free camping). They took a day to test. Luckily they were open on Sunday as well so we could get the outcome and purchase new if necessary. 😌 They had to replaced 2 new batteries supplied with a seniors discount. The staff were informative, helpfull and friendly. Thanks for your time. G from WA.

Very helpful, great service, very professional and knowledgeable. Was on my way to a competitor and called in to check them out and turned out to be a better price and fitted as well. I will always go back there now.

Absolutely 5 star knowledge, dedicated service and espirit d'accord. The folks here are very sincere and really want to meet your needs. Great stock on hand. I've been here a few times now and always come away with a great solution. Apart from all of that they are also most affable.

Awesome customer service They were busy but it wasn’t a problem to get my new battery fitted with a quick chat , tested it all and I also got them to fit a new battery to my key fob . Competitive prices and great customer service is always appreciated!
