My car battery died today right next to the pumps at a service station on the Moorooduc Highway, Mornington. I called and spoke with Jarrod, who was incredibly pleasant and genuinely helpful from the moment he picked up the phone. I was stressed about making school pickup at 3:15pm. It was already 2:52pm when I called but Jarrod didn’t hesitate. By 3:10pm he arrived in the Battery World mobile service truck, new battery in hand. Two minutes later the job was done, and I was back on the road with time to spare. A massive thank you to Jarrod for his fast response, professionalism, and calm support during a moment of panic. I couldn’t recommend him and the Battery World Mornington team highly enough. I’m absolutely over the moon with the service. Jarrod, you’re a credit to the store and the people around you. Sometimes when you're stuck and need assistance, companies take advantage of that and charge excessively. NOT SO with Battery World. I was so happy with the price! It was fantastic!
I spoke to Dave who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He checked my current battery, explained all the product options to me, and once we agreed on a price Dave fitted the new battery same day all within 5 minutes.
