Outstanding service. David’s sales and service was first rate. He turned up to my boat first thing in the morning, following my call in the previous afternoon. He installed the battery with the minimum of fuss. I will be referring all my colleagues to BWM in future.

Served by Jarrard. I phoned to discuss my needs and use to replace my out of date battery. Jarrad had the battery ready for me. Tested my existing charger was working ok. Brilliant friendly service. The Boss offered options and advice to educate Jarrard to ensure I walked out with the right product. I ask about soft portable solar blankets. 350W wasn’t on sale and better priced than what I’ve researched with online competitors. You can tell they care about their customers by the advice & solutions they offer. Even disposed of my old battery. Recommend these fellas 👌

Having a car battery that I had to manually jump start a few times (via a hand-held battery unit), I decided to bite the bullet and get my battery changed before it completely discharged. I live in Rye on the Mornington Peninsula, a little bit of a drive from Mornington. After contacting the 3 companies down here that came up in a car battery replacement search - to replace a Mazda battery for me at home, I was not overly happy with the mixed prices or phone call manners. I decided to do a quick google check and see who rated well. Battery Mornington came up as 4.8 stars. I didn't think they would travel as far as Rye, but decided to make one more call and I gave them a call. Without any prompting, they were cheaper than the 3 mobs down here; their phone manner was more professional; AND, they came down and changed my battery late the same afternoon as the phone call. The manager David Daniels was a pleasure to deal with and I would robustly recommend anyone on the Peninsula needing a car battery change to call them. You won't be disappointed - I wasn't. You arrived at my location in quick time, replaced my battery and got me back on my way. Fantastic service!! The biggest positive though was the fact that I wasn't ripped off with the price. Sometimes when you're stuck and need assistance, companies take advantage of that and charge excessively. NOT SO with Battery World. I was so happy with the price! It was fantastic!

I spoke to Dave who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He checked my current battery, explained all the product options to me, and once we agreed on a price Dave fitted the new battery same day all within 5 minutes.
