Excellent service! Joe was under the pump juggling phones ringing off the hook and walk in customers! I had an install issues from another battery world up the coast. I rung Joe who was only to happy to help, when I turned up he investigated the issue, made the decision to replace on the spot and reinstalled everything efficiently. Joe wasn’t making any $$ off this transaction but regardless of this I still felt like a valued customer and he sorted my issue out even though the initial issue came from another branch! Great service today from Jim Davies, Manager of Battery World, Mona Vale. He tested my auxiliary battery which, after 6 years, had died, then replaced it without a stronger one, including tricky placement and connection of all accessories. He then tested it and my main battery to check they were charging with the engine fired up. All within an hour. Excellent - 5 stars
