Outstanding service from the team at Battery World. They went above and beyond to help me, even right before closing time. Their knowledge of different batteries was exceptional, they diagnosed the issue quickly, had the right battery in stock, and got me back on the road in no time. Friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. I couldn’t have asked for better service and highly recommend them to anyone needing a battery or expert advice. Thank you again!

Ben came out to assist with my flat battery, he was so prompt and such a genuinely nice guy, took a little longer than first thought once he got to the car (complex situation, not Ben’s fault in anyway, he navigated the situation brilliantly) so we ended up chatting for over an hour whilst he worked away. 100% would recommend Ben and the team at Mona Vale, 10/10

Excellent service! Joe was under the pump juggling phones ringing off the hook and walk in customers! I had an install issues from another battery world up the coast. I rung Joe who was only to happy to help, when I turned up he investigated the issue, made the decision to replace on the spot and reinstalled everything efficiently. Joe wasn’t making any $$ off this transaction but regardless of this I still felt like a valued customer and he sorted my issue out even though the initial issue came from another branch! Drove off a happy customer and will be back! Good on ya Joe, keep doing good things!

I turned up the other day with a Hilux Sporting the dreaded winch electrical assembly mounted on top of the Battery bracket. This thing defies human beings to disassemble but the guys at Battery World persisted and did an excellent job of installing a new battery I know this sounds corny but I would highly recommend them.
