Hullo friends, thanks for doing an excellent job, especially the more so when I was getting walker from boot of car some one (I can't remember his name) came out and asked If I needed help. I told him what was the issue, he tesed the old battery saying a new battery is needed. He proceeded to do the work in a professional manner with courtesy and a positive attitude. After a conversation it was determined that I should invest in a Jump Starter that would suit my situation, which I did. Just went there today and couldn't be any happier with the service. Was for a battery test which lead to a car battery replacement but I'm not complaining. Zac was great, will recommend battery world to others.
Pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and service yesterday when I enquired, and later purchased an AGM Deep Cycle battery for my vehicle. Zac provided all the relevant and detailed information I needed, he even fitted the battery and better still, it was a great price. Will return.
Had an emergency with my car battery suddenly failing. The guys were fantastic! Super helpful, guiding us through the whole situation and working out what we needed. Great customer service! Greeted as I walked into the store. Staff knew which batteries I was after. The second battery was ordered in, with it arriving in stock within a couple days. A large selection of batteries, generators, wiring etc in stock. Highly recommended using Battery World Mildura.
