Price doesn’t matter as long as the service is there. I needed a small battery to get a clock running in a family heirloom. When I googled what I needed, the $4 battery was not available at a couple different retailers because of theft. I can’t understand why someone would want to go to court for stealing a battery and have crap hanging off you in a police check. At Battery world I paid $8 but I got what I needed. The staff were friendly, professional and passionate about batteries. It didn’t matter to me to pay extra for the battery because the service was nothing short of exceptional.
Battery World Melton were great. Went to start my car and had a dead battery, I called and they were extremely helpful they had a tech out within 15min replaced my battery and I was on my way. Great customer service
Excellent customer service from Dale! He replaced my battery, tidied up my terminals from the corrosion from my previous battery and did a quick check on the new battery charge to make sure my alternator was ok! Dale was friendly and very informative 😊
Had a bit of an emergency at 3pm on the 19th of July. My battery died and I had all my kids and my food shopping in my car. The lovely gentlemen stayed back a little bit longer than he should to replace my battery. Supercheap was useless help. But this guy went above an beyond and helped me. Thankyou so can't remember your name. But you love to talk about vege gardens
Colin was really amazing. He tested the battery and replaced the faulty one in few minutes. Amazing service! Also my 3 year old kid was surprised and happy with small gifts from Colin!!
