Battery World Malaga

Needed a car battery late on a Sunday afternoon and got here just before closing time. Peter went above and beyond by offering to change the battery without charge even though it was home time. Couldn't recommend these guys high enough. I've also had great service in the past with these guys with truck batteries when I worked at a local landscape company. Thanks again, guys!

if getting it done, and straight up no bullshit is what you're chasing when it comes to anything concerning your battery dramas/ don't waste your time dealing with mediocre battery pretenders, get yourself into Battery World Malaga. I CANNOT fault the team, you're treated right and ive always felt respect and listened to. I had a great experience with Pete doing my dual battery change and the rest of the deadly team there. but also I was taken back by how much I spent on 2 brand new batteries, but after doing some research I found that their pricing was very fair and the advice I received ended up being the difference in being stuck up the beach tracks for a night with crying young ones and getting home that night to warm beds and cold Denzel throffingtons. The point of it is, Trust the team at Battery World Malaga pay the extra if you can don't be afraid to ask silly questions (within reason) and enjoy the customer service, the kind of service I used to see with my dad when I was young. thank you team at Battery World Malaga "TIEPAN'

Great service! I called the Malaga store after being advised by the Balcatta store their Manager was on leave and could not assist in coming out to replace my car battery. When I spoke with Peter at the Malaga store I was initially told I was located outside their zone and I explained I had called the Balcatta store initially. Peter was very helpful and asked me where I was located and they agreed to come out. Joshua attended and was so friendly and the job was completed in under half an hour. Highly recommend Battery World Malaga, well done team.

Absolutely fantastic service. Tom is an absolute legend! He went above and beyond to help me out, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell he really knows his stuff and actually cares about helping customers, not just making a sale. Super friendly, professional, and efficient. I went for a battery health and alternator check at Battery World Malaga, and honestly their service was outstanding. For the moment I walked in, I was greeted and had everything explained to me perfectly and in detail, not rushed or pressured to buy anything. I haven't had good service like this in a long time, and I really appreciate it guys. I won't hesitate to go back there again in the future.
