Thankfully I haven’t had to come in very often but the service has always been helpful. Attentive and friendly. Gave us the cost of the battery upfront and installed it pretty much on the spot. We ducked up to Jane & Mae for a coffee plus cake to return and it was done.
We were in a jam yesterday with a flat battery in the pouring rain. NRMA were no help, and we searched the Internet for help to get our battery jumpstarted so that we could get home. We were recommended Battery World in Maitland and I called them, and they were very very helpful. I was willing to wait an hour for them to have a technician come out, but after chatting with the very kind lady in the shop, she decided to jump into the car and come out to give us a jumpstart. We ended up only having to wait about 20 minutes and we were back on the road within 30 minutes. NRMA would have been a 2 to 3 hour wait and we had to pay a premium surcharge, and it would have cost us eight times more than what Battery World Maitland charged us. Highly recommend this shop and their customer service is excellent.
Hubby & Daughter were stuck at work at Gillieston Heights this morning. Rang Bob at Battery World Maitland & he was replacing the battery in 30 minutes. Best customer service & very reasonable price for such a quick service. Thanks Bob.
Katie at reception was so helpful and brillant on customee service.... it was friday before the long weekend, they only had one fitter with 4 jobs in front of me, he didnt stop until he got to me being the last job.... he was great and very professional.... i will always come back here to battery world, maitland
