I went in the other day desperate to get my car key batteries replaced. I first phoned and the man I spoke to was so friendly and said they sure can do it...i thought i may need to go to a locksmith.. When I arrived I was served by a lady, the owner, I now know.. and she was so helpful, friendly and happy. She replaced both of my batteries very quickly and the charge didn't seem enough.. I actually questioned was that price for 2 battery changes. YES , IT WAS!! Definitely a 5 🌟 experience. I will be making sure I support this business in the future. Thank you.. They actually have some really great things in there other than just batteries!
Katie at reception was so helpful and brillant on customee service.... it was friday before the long weekend, they only had one fitter with 4 jobs in front of me, he didnt stop until he got to me being the last job.... he was great and very professional.... i will always come back here to battery world, maitland

Staff were friendly and helpful. Obviously busy because they can be a bit hard to get on the phone. They had 2 batteries that satisfied our requirements at a good price with 2 year warranty, and put them aside for me to collect next day. Excellent. Thanks
