Battery World Liverpool

Excellent customer service! The team was friendly, professional, and very efficient. They helped me quickly and made the whole process easy and hassle-free. I really appreciated their fast service and would definitely recommend Battery World Liverpool to anyone needing reliable battery advice or replacement.

Great service at Liverpool. Michael was genial and helpful and worked quickly in very hot conditions. He gave me a couple of different options as far as the battery was concerned with absolutely no sales pressure. Finding Battery world on line and booking was easy and the location was easy to find. I went here because of a recommendation and pleased that I did.

What stands out the most was the Customer Service by Michael. The store was so busy on a Saturday close to lunch time, yet Michael was able to attend to the customers with ease and made the experience not rushed and enjoyable. He communicated well with his colleague and with other customers. The prices here are so reasonable and because of this and the customer service I recommend this store now for battery needs to my friends and family. A special thank you to Michael for showing such care and warmth with each interaction, which reminded me of the old fashioned way of treating people.

I would like to provide positive feedback for Battery World Liverpool. The team demonstrated excellent customer service, clear product knowledge, and a professional attitude throughout my visit. They were attentive, helpful, and ensured I received the right product and support. I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Highly recommend Michael. We went to Supercheap and they couldn’t install our battery. They also charge a fee if they could change it. I Called Battery World Liverpool and they said they could do it, no extra charge. As soon as we pulled in, Michael already knew it was us. Came straight out to greet us, proper old-school service, exactly what you want. Got the job done, absolute legend.
