I recently needed a new car battery and spoke initially on the phone with Andy. He clearly explained options and prices. I chose one, and he said he would have it ready to install upon my arrival. True to his word, it was waiting for me, and installed by his colleague, whilst I was happily distracted by his sweet dog, Brodee, who was indefatigable in playing Fetch! Battery installed, and they were good enough to check my alternator at the same time. I was delighted to have received a small discount, too! Fast and friendly service. Great price. Honest advice about the best way to prolong battery life based on the way I use my motorbike. I offered him the opportunity to "upsell" me to a much more expensive lithium battery and I was told it would not be the best choice for my usage. Thanks Battery World.
