Battery World Kirrawee

I had a fault with the battery that I had purchased there 2 years ago. It was under warranty so no issue there. Under the great advice by Andy, I upgraded to a much better suited battery for my car. Andy is very knowledgeable, friendly and very good to deal with. Andy was very helpful doing the R/R and I wouldn’t in anyway fault his great service. His canine companion kept me busy and extremely happy as we played while Andy worked on my car and continued to serve customers. I would highly recommend both BatteryWorld and Andy. Kosta was great to deal with. From answering the phone, to quoting me, and greeting me at the entrance to the workshop at the Kirrawee Store. His manner was pleasant, got the battery changed within minutes, scanned the ECU, cleared all codes and it was job done. Throughout the whole experience, he was awesome. From start to finish even when taking the payment, it was seamless. I’m and out within minutes. Vehicle was a 2017 Mazda 2, Battery was replaced with nothing but the best - Varta Exceptional Experience, Exceptional Value, Exceptional Service !! Guy was knowledgeable and had exactly what I needed. Answered all questions and completed the work promptly. I was out of there within 15 mins. Comparable with NRMA price and long warranty which they monitor if you register. Would recommend. Great service

I recently needed a new car battery and spoke initially on the phone with Andy. He clearly explained options and prices. I chose one, and he said he would have it ready to install upon my arrival. True to his word, it was waiting for me, and installed by his colleague, whilst I was happily distracted by his sweet dog, Brodee, who was indefatigable in playing Fetch! Battery installed, and they were good enough to check my alternator at the same time. I was delighted to have received a small discount, too!
