The service we received by Mitch in Joondalup was awesome and very helpful as we weren’t sure what we needed. Ordered 2 new 150ah caravan batteries which arrived within a week, we were even assisted to have them lifted in and out of our car each time as they are very heavy. Thank you Kellie

When my battery failed I went to the Battery World store in Joondalup. They had what I needed in stock and fitted it for me. I was served by a Mitch who was very helpful and took great care when installing the new battery. Excellent customer service, I will definitely be back when I need a battery for any of my vehicles.

Fantastic service from these guys, called for my daughter’s car at 9am and a really friendly & helpful technician called Johnny cane to the house within half an hour, supplied and fitted the battery. for a very competitive price, highly recommend.. thanks guys

Dropped in without an appointment to have my 4x4 battery checked as it had been playing up. They were able to check it immediately and confirmed my suspicion that it was on its way out. They were able to offer a range of alternatives at different price points (and performance) and installed my chosen replacement immediately, effectively in and out in 15 mins with better battery at a good price.
