Had trouble trying to start my car. Took it to Battery World. Staff were friendly and professional. They ran a check on the battery with me present, presented the report - and given my battery was 5 years old - it was near to death. The $25 installation fee was reasonable. I had a choice of similar priced batteries and got honest appraisal of the difference. The battery was installed while I waited, promptly. The battery itself was $100 less than the same model than the nearest competitor - even with a member discount for that company.

Would like to thank the team at Battery World Hornsby as they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. They assist with having a battery ready for me to collect, showed the old battery test results which confirmed is was absolutely dead (11.8v but 25.78 ohms resistance). I then replaced the battery at home to get the car to the shop where they were then able to assist me further in clearing all the faults in my vehicle. Such a perfect full circle service. Thank you
