The guys here are fabulous, always there to help and fix things. If they don’t have the answer or able to help you they will advise where you can go. Very knowledgeable. Extremely helpful. I have a Mazda and have had a problem with my warning lights for years always coming on for no reason. Mazda has been told repeatedly but they never could fix and told me it was the battery, they wanted to charge me well over $500 for this plus labour, i went to battery world, got the new battery installed and the warning lights still remained, , m not the battery BUT my trusty friend plugged into the computer and fixed that problem in all about 3 minutes. Love these guys! Great work.
I noticed my car battery was playing up, and called straight through to Battery World. As soon as I arrived, they came out and tested my battery, then replaced it then and there on the spot! Tanner was amazing, and I will definitely be returning and recommending them to anyone and everyone!! Thank you!!

Roger has been part of the Geelong business community for more than 20 years, leading a store that has collected numerous awards, including Battery World Franchisee of the Year in 2014 and the National Operational Excellence Award in 2013. With a background as a model and hobby specialist, Roger knows exactly which battery will get the job done, while Vivian is driving the brand forward with a focus on great service. Since opening in 2016, Waurn Ponds has already built a reputation for exceptional customer care, even as a new Greenfield site.
