Had some battery issues, went to the guys at Battery World in Franskton and they couldn’t have been anymore helpful. They put their machine on, ran the test and showed my battery was done and dusted. Considering it was the original, over five years old it had a very good innings. No beating around the bush, straight to the point, very competitive on pricing and recommendations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our battery had needed to be jump started three times in one week. I turned up to Battery World and they were helpful and quick to change the battery for me.
12 months ago I needed a big battery for my 400 chev powered Holden and couldn't find one in the configuration I needed, or the Cold Cranking Amps were just not high enough. After going to several places none were big enough for what I needed. A phone call to Battery World Frankston had exactly what I was after. A Red 800 CCA Optima battery. The service was great and they had one in stock. Since then I've no issues with it. When I needed another one for my sister's Trans-Am, again I called Battery World Frankston. Again same great service, but this time there seem to be an issue with this one and it wouldn't hold charge. Still under warranty I contacted them, took it down there so it could be tested. Turned out to be faulty and it was replaced with a new one. In fact they even delivered to me as I couldn't go pick it up at the time. Thank you again for your great service. Fazz.
