I went to battery world Erina and was served by Dave, he was so extremely helpful, checked my warranty and replaced my battery for free in just under 5 minutes. He had excellent customer service even though he was so busy! He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the situation and was honourable with the warranty.
Went to them for help testing my battery, as I’ve been having issues with my secondary battery draining my starter battery flat. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things clearly. Great service and very much appreciated.

They joined the franchise network in 2021, with Kent drawing on more than 25 years in the automotive industry, including experience with diesel generator back-up systems, while Deana embraced the opportunity to build a family business that reflects their shared passion for service. With four children, they know how many batteries modern families rely on, from hard-to-find replacements to the latest garage door remotes. Their team prides itself on being a one-stop shop, offering expert advice, roadside battery assistance, fitment, testing and recycling.
