Got amazing service from Jared the other day. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. They were the only place around that had a battery for my car in stock as it's a hybrid. And as somebody who knows very little about cars and electricity I felt very well looked after and that they were trying to get me what I needed and not just the most expensive option. Ended up buying a solar panel I wasn't originally there for, purely because of how much I trusted him to get me the best option.
