Battery World Enoggera

Just got our battery replaced with Battery World Enoggera. I've been going there now for about 3 or 4 years and every time I am super impressed with their customer services and professionalism. This experience blew me away yet again as it was by 4WD with some extensive accessory wiring to the battery that had been fitted by an auto electrician. Jared's work and refit was exceptional and to a much higher standard than was there before. Well done guys. Keep up the awesome service and workmanship. The total cost was extremely good value for money too and the confidence of the 4 year warranty is awesome.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! From the friendly lady over the phone to the hands-on technician who came to my home, the whole experience was fantastic. I had the battery replaced for my Subaru Impreza at home, and the service was super friendly, professional, and fairly priced. I was very happy to have it fixed quickly, and the home service fee was only $30, which was absolutely worth it for the convenience. Highly recommend Battery World — thank you for the great service!

The Battery World team at Enoggera are exceptional. They were extremely accommodating even though it was closing time on a Saturday. They resolved an issue on a limited edition performance vehicle that I didn’t want to take back to the dealership, even though it has only done 650 kilometers; because it seemed too hard for them to give me a clear direction to a solution. Now it gets better. The first thing on the following Monday the Battery World call out Tech is on time with a courtesy call. The process of resolving the problem/situation becomes straightforward. Getting a completely dead battery out of a confined under-boot -mat space with not being able to open the boot, is a challenge that was conquered with professionalism. The important underlying principle behind this recommendation is that it is is being posted by a person who has completed close to 70 circles around the sun and has been able to engage and own some of Australia’s Best Muscle cars, and who has been self sufficient. That is why people like me don’t go looking for solutions outside our arena. Even though I don’t like to mention names, to the possible detriment of others , it’s difficult to let Deb and Carlo go unnoticed, because they are part of the team as mentioned above that directly influenced me to to uptake their services. As a result of his attitude and attention to detail I let Carlo ‘loose’ on another toy … a 48 Peanut Tank Harly… with out looking over his shoulder….only done 3500 km in 9 years . It pays to keep up with the times…hold it flat and brake hard 😎

Replaced my car battery. Excellent service from Jared, Caleb, and Deb. After the replacement, the engine light came on, but they promptly scanned the vehicle and handled it professionally. Highly knowledgeable and skilled at what they do.

I arrived at Batteryworld Enoggera to get my car battery tested without an appointment as I was fairly sure it was on its way out. I was served instantly on arrival and the staff were very happy to help. The battery did up end needing a replacement - the staff explained the options and had it changed over in under 15 mins, so the whole visit took max 30 mins. They also changed my car key battery while I was paying at the counter. Excellent customer service - I was very impressed, thank you!
