Came out for a dead battery just hours after cyclone Fina. The technician drove all the way from Palmerston but was there within 30mins. Nothing was open so it was my only option but I thought $75 call out and installed is very reasonable and the price of the battery at $240 something for a Kluger quite reasonable too. Young man was very friendly like it was no trouble which is a great attitude. Would definitely recommend, good experience đź‘Ť

I had a strange one, a buggy that wouldn't charge. The guys at Battery world were happy to check the batteries but ultimately they had to change all 8 - it was a stinking hot day in a cramped shed, and not one complaint from the 2 guys. Thanks to the team for not making me feel stupid with my questions and providing a timely and efficient service.
