This was my second visit to Battery World Dandenong, and once again they delivered outstanding service. This time I brought in my Audi SQ5 to have the original 10-year-old AGM battery replaced. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Ethan took care of everything and was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly someone who knows his stuff. Not only did he replace the battery, but also properly registered the new one in the car’s system, which is required. The whole process took around 20 minutes, and the price was roughly a 1/4 of what an Audi dealer quoted me. I couldn’t recommend the team there more highly and I will definitely be back again when needing a new battery.
Great service. Have popped in here before to fault fins and didn't end up needing to buy anything. That was great, and went yesterday to buy a new battery. They were helpful enough to search themselves price match a similar battery saving me $$. Well done 👍
I’m sorry I forgot his name, but the person who came out to repair my dad’s mobility scooter from the Dandenong store was fantastic. On the day of the appointment, he called ahead to say he was on the way and was very professional in how he assessed the issue and explained what the solutions could be. A few days later he came back and replaced the batteries and the scooter worked perfectly fine again. 10/10 customer service, professionalism and knowledge.

Fantastic Service. I needed to get an auxiliary battery for my E Class mercedes w212. At the dealership it would have cost me around $450 at least. Rhys Davidson the manager charged me $30. Fully Installed. What fantastic service, and very pleasant and friendly aswell. Keep up the good work. You have a customer for life.
