At the last minute they were happy to fit a battery in within an hour or so notice. On arrival the staff were accommodating particularly Ethan. On returning home there were some lights flashing on the dash and just dropping in the next day without a booking Ethan was more than happy to take a look at it and was very accommodating. I recently dropped into the Dandenong Store ,managed by Rhys Davidson and his fantastic crew ,they were very attentive ang so helpful ,(other businesses could take a couple of pages out of their customer service book) Rhys gave me his time and explained what and why I needed a special type of battery, then at a very competitive price, So if you need a battery or some other electrical fitout for your vehicle (4x4) Or something else in their well stocked store ,CHECK IT OUT!!! Went for Mitsubishi outlander's battery. The battery was checked and replaced within minutes. Happy with customer service. I hope battery goes fine as well during the warranty period.
