What Our Customers Say
Great service. Have popped in here before to fault fins and didn't end up needing to buy anything. That was great, and went yesterday to buy a new battery. They were helpful enough to search themselves price match a similar battery saving me $$. Well done đź‘Ť
I’m sorry I forgot his name, but the person who came out to repair my dad’s mobility scooter from the Dandenong store was fantastic. On the day of the appointment, he called ahead to say he was on the way and was very professional in how he assessed the issue and explained what the solutions could be. A few days later he came back and replaced the batteries and the scooter worked perfectly fine again. 10/10 customer service, professionalism and knowledge.
Absolutely recommend B World for any breakdown emergencies.. prompt and expert service . Got me going effortlessly and in a very relaxed and professional manner .. prices very competitive as well . Wouldn’t go anywhere else in future. Highly recommended I had to do a trip to Perth and the batteries were drained , even though it was 4 in the afternoon it did not matter they got on with the job and stayed after hours to get me going . Ripper people .
The service was thorough in discovering the issue and the battery was replaced at a very good price. A three year warranty was included. We are very happy with the whole process.
Absolutely AMAZING service from the beginning! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough for all their knowledge, advice, time and patience. Especially with my toddler tagging alongside🙏🏽
