Nick from Battery World Chermside provided outstanding service. He came out promptly and replaced our car battery quickly and professionally. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process completely hassle-free. It’s great to have someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend Nick and the team at Battery World Chermside if you need a battery replacement or roadside assistance. Thanks again for the fantastic service!

I can’t recommend Brian at Battery World highly enough. He went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to explain the different battery options, connected everything for me, and even fixed a couple of wiring connections that needed attention. On top of that, he helped me download and set up the app to monitor my battery charge and shared some really practical tips to help prevent battery damage in the future. Nothing felt rushed—he genuinely cared about making sure I understood everything and left with the problem completely solved. I live on the other side of town, but if I ever need anything battery-related again, I’ll happily make the trip back to this store on a day Brian is working. His kindness, initiative, professionalism, and genuine passion for helping customers are outstanding. Thank you, Brian, for such exceptional service!

Marcus and Andrew were fantastic. Marcus was enthusiastic to change my car's battery and didn't bat an eyelid when there was a bit of clean up involved. Andrew is so friendly happily kept me company whilst waiting. Will always support battery world chermside. Jenna

Had a great experience with Battery World. I was able to book my battery test online, which made things super easy. Traffic was good so I arrived about 8 minutes before opening, and Brian was fantastic — he came out and helped me straight away. His knowledge was excellent, and I had my battery tested and a new one fitted in no time. Quick, easy, and great service — highly recommend! 🔋✨

When all hope seemed lost and my car had surrendered to the inevitable, Nick from Battery World arrived like a hero answering the call. Armed with a fresh battery and the confidence of someone who’s seen this battle before, he brought my lifeless car back from the dead in what felt like moments. Professional, friendly, and genuinely happy to help, Nick didn’t just change a battery—he rescued my day. If there were awards for roadside heroics, he’d be taking home the trophy. Battery World, you’ve got a legend on your team. Thanks again, Nick—you truly saved the day!
