I had Excellent customer service from Brian and Andrew Chermside location. Even offered me and my daughter superdoopers, water, aircon while we waited for our battery fitting. Also fixing all my eroded wiring on my battery! Which they put the extra time and effort into! With no worries at all. Very polite. And I will be a returning customer. And will be recommending ‘Chermside Battery World’ to my surroundings. Thank you again for a welcoming experience.

Called when my battery needed replacing and they were out within the hour. Brian was incredibly helpful, he walked me through the entire process and even assisted with another issue on my vehicle.
