Battery World Caringbah

Can’t give Battery World in general an Caringbah in particular big enough raps. What a great business it is. Battery replaced in my scooter, also have cars, road bike and boat so often getting batteries tested. Have been there maybe five times over past six mkt sh for testing the scooter battery and thy alts suggested see how it goes - but finally this time it was done. I’d been ring it and charging it on trickle charge but it was finished. I’ve never been sold anything that’s not absolutely required ie if there’s life left in they will tell you. As Lance said today “we sell a service”. My adult kids only use battery world and so should everyone in my view. A business to be trusted.

When my dealer/service station told me It would be a months wait for the battery I needed, was able to get the exact model found and installed same day with the team at Caringbah. Fantastic service, very friendly. Random extra bonus of a beautiful fish tank to look at while you wait!

I would like to thank the three guy’s at Battery World Caringbah. For their great support and service they offer me today. Not only did they help me with a great price on a charger pack and also went that extra time to fix me up by getting my radio fix by putting in a new fuse at no extra charge. It wasn’t the price they were looking at but the help they gave. These three guy’s that work there is what every company needs to have working in. I had a fantastic experience with Elijah at Battery World Caringbah. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Even though I arrived around 4:40pm, he stayed back to make sure the job was done properly. What really stood out was that when another customer came in after closing time, he maintained complete professionalism and was still eager to assist them. That level of service is rare these days. 10/10 service. I’ve been a customer of Battery World Caringbah for many years and will definitely continue to be.

Jake from Caringbah Battery World was of great assistance. When unable to start my car he gave helpful testing and troubleshooting tips over the phone. When I was still unable to start the car, he came by in person, quickly diagnosed the issue and clutch started it for me. Much appreciated Jake! I highly recommend Jake and this store.
