The guys at Burleigh helped me out big time yesterday. I had an issues with my ford ranger not starting after driving for a bit thinking it could be a battery issue they tested the battery and was a little problem with it so replaced battery under warranty. Thought problem was solved but tried starting car and still nothing. The guys did some troubleshooting, googling what could be stopping the car starting, fuel pump, fuses starter motor ect then he worked out it was the bloody battery in the key was what was immobilising the starter. Changed the battery and started first go. I’ve passed this info onto my mechanic and auto electrician incase it comes into their shop which they were very appreciative. Thank you again
Had a really positive experience at Battery world Burleigh. John understood our frustration with another Battery world store letting us down in our efforts to replace a faulty battery. He persisted to follow up and ended up replacing our faulty battery on the spot. Would recommend this store.
I shop at Battery World Burleigh for all my batteries. I have also called them for advice on types of batteries, several times. They fitted a AGM house battery to my camper van free of charge. The staff here are always helpful and their aftersales service is very good.
