Had a great experience with Battery World. Easy access and parking was hassle free. Chris, the technician, was friendly and professional. He performed a free test on my old battery, explained the issue clearly, and replaced it with a new one, followed by testing to make sure everything was working properly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their service.

Took my car in yesterday fit a new battery. I have had a few mods done to my 4wd and it made it very difficult to get the battery out and the new one in. No complaints from them. Took both people from the store to get it done. Took about three times as long as a standard one but they did it without complaints. Thank you so much guys. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Craig or Chris (manager) was a great help in sorting out a replacement battery under warranty for my Ute. Have shopped there for years looking after my cars, my wife’s car and other family members over the years. Due to this experience with the warranty replacement and their overall good customer service, I will continue to do so and suggest others do too. Great work.

I was really stressed when my car battery suddenly went flat on a Sunday morning. Thankfully, this store was open on Sundays, so I came in straight away to have the battery checked. Since the battery was still under warranty, they replaced it with a new one free of charge. Chris, who helped me, was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely come back to this branch again in the future. Parking was also very convenient.
