A big shout out to Brendon and the team as soon as I pulled up in the driveway There was a technician ready to serve me as I had a faulty battery that was only eight months old So Brendon came out, pulled out my details. Check the battery saw there was a problem. Attended to it as he replaced it with a new battery then proceeded to wash all the corrosion etc. At the battery had made. Can’t rate BatteryWorld Brookvale, or Brendan Geary who works there, high enough. He helped me test my battery and ensured I knew I could claim a replacement under warranty, which he didn’t have to do and even let me park on their premises while I waited for the replacement battery and let me keep cool inside their premises on this very hot day. Brendan and the team were so friendly, helpful and genuine. I am very grateful for their help today.
Joel and the team at Battery World are always so helpful whenever I visit the store. I recently broke down nearby, and even though they were quite busy at the time, Joel came over to help straight away. He still managed to assist everyone promptly and professionally. Outstanding customer service — I can’t recommend them highly enough!
We needed a car battery so urgently on a Saturday morning, called up the shop and Brendon was ready to help, even offering to come meet us if we couldn't make it. Thankfully we did and he helped understand so much more about our car and get something that was right for us, even with a bit of an unusual setup.
