I had a very positive experience this afternoon. My car battery died this morning, so I contacted Battery World for assistance. A technician arrived promptly at our property and replaced the battery. The price was also more competitive than others I had seen. Very happy with the service.
Not only genuine service but also care! I recently experienced battery issues with my car. The morning after the major storm hit Blacktown, I called the store at 7:30am. Summit answered and told me to bring my car in just after 8am, even though the shop didn’t officially open until 8:30am. Despite having no power, he still assisted me and replaced my battery. A week later, that battery failed, so I returned to Battery World. Patrick inspected it and immediately swapped it for a loan battery. Shortly after, Summit arrived and asked what had happened. Both he and Patrick reassured me that they would thoroughly test the original battery and that I could contact them anytime if I had issues with the loan battery. I was genuinely blown away by their exceptional service and genuine care. After completing their tests, they found that the issue wasn’t the new battery but something draining it. Summit and Patrick, thank you both for your help, patience, and support during such a stressful time. Your professionalism made all the difference.
