Easily one of the best service experiences I have ever had. The Battery world team of Dan (in Belmont) and Zane (in Cannington) turned a very stressful situation into a pleasure. I had ongoing issues with my Battery and I was concerned that my warranty would not cover the issues that I had. Zane (Cannington) organised with his colleague Dan in the Belmont store to supply a loan battery while they investigated my warranty. When I got to Belmont, the battery had charged enough for them to confirm the battery was the issue and they supplied and installed a brand new battery. I would highly recommend both the Cannington and Belmont stores. These guys are honest and will look after you best they can.

Took my car to Battery World in Belmont, because of the quality of their service. The salesperson/technician promptly replaced my car battery - without requiring a prior booking. My headlight globe had blown, and he also replaced that while the battery was out, free of charge. - Good service at a competitive price. Battery World will continue to be my go-to for auromotive electrical needs.
I actually took my car to Supercheap for battery replacement but unfortunately was told it maybe a bit risky to have to navigate around some wires so I called on the spot to Battery World Belmont first if they can take a look. I dealt with Dan he was awesome, popped the hood, took a quick look and before you know it I was out of there with a new battery installed within 15mins! Your price is competitive too, thanks so much Dan!
Good service. Polite and helpful. Also if you didn’t know they will change the battery for you! Very handy with some of these new cars.
