Awesome customer service, I called Belconnen Battery World to see if they could fit a new battery for me. They said to bring the car down, they fitted the new battery without hesitation. Very friendly service from the two gentleman working on Saturday 11 July 2026.
I bought a bike battery from Battery World Belconnen about 13 months ago. Since I hadn’t been using my bike much, the battery went flat. I went in thinking I might be out of luck since the warranty had already expired, but the staff member, Sabas, was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He quickly put in a request for a replacement and to my surprise, it was approved even after the warranty period had passed.
The guy was very helpful and friendly, he knew which battery I needed and was quick to install it for me. About $240 for a new car battery in a little Hyundai Getz, $20 for install. Could definitely do the install yourself I just didn't have the tools on me
I recently went in to get my car battery replaced without an appointment, and the shop was already fully booked. Despite being clearly busy, Bob went out of his way to help me. He worked quickly and efficiently, even running between tasks to make sure everything got done. That level of dedication and customer service is rare these days, and it really stood out. Bob, if you’re the owner, you’ve built something special and have a great future ahead. And if you’re an employee—mate, you should open your own place. The world needs more franchise partner like you. Highly recommend!
