Really great service overall. The team was quick to respond and got straight to fixing the issue without any hassle. They helped replace and fit the battery in my car efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience stress free. I really appreciated how smoothly they handled everything. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely outstanding service. My Megane RS Trophy needed a DESS battery replacement, and Renault uses a very unusual battery system. The Yuasa battery I wanted wasn’t in stock, although they had another battery of the correct size available. Instead of pushing an alternative, they kindly arranged a special order for the exact battery I wanted. The manager personally took the time to help me, and every staff member I dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Today they fitted the new battery, and the whole experience was excellent. They treated my car as if it were their own. It’s rare to find a business with such great customer service and such genuinely good people. Highly recommended!

On the 12.06.26 my car battery gave up and I couldn't start my car.Battery World Armadale staff came to my car to rescue me.They tried to recharge and save my battery, but after a thorough check up it couldn't be saved and I needed a replacement. They recommended the best for my car.The whole staff are very kind and professional good people. They made sure everything was working before I drove off. I would give them 10+ stars. They look after for their community and helping everyone. To avoid dead batteries they recommended regular check up at their store.They gave me 3 years warranty as well.Good to know if any problems arise , I can go back to them and I will be well looked after. I am very grateful. Easy ,fast service from a wonderful staff. Every employee I’ve dealt with here has made the visit easy and friendly. They’ve always had the item I needed in stock. Their prices are comparable. I’ve had a warranty claim years ago and it was also an easy process. Can’t fault this store at all. Keep up the great work :)
