I arrived without an appointment to test the batteries in my car. Keenan investigated, found that they were both original and 10 years old, so persuaded me to replace them. The job took about 30 minutes and involved skill and muscles. He then helped me to restore the settings. I was delighted with the service and the outcome.
After a stressful morning due to car battery issues. I popped in unannounced right on open to see if I could get a new battery, unsure whether I would have to leave the car and the timeframe of getting things sorted etc. Was greeted by Lu, who was extremely helpful, and friendly. He installed the battery and offered additional advice while doing so, not just on the new battery but also the cars stop-start system. Was in and out in literally 10-12 minutes. Fantastic experience and highly recommend.
Battery died in my Mustang and I needed a replacement. They are an uncommon battery which can make it a pain to find one, but Battery World keep a couple in stock. Called them and they had the new battery fitted minutes after I drove over. 30% cheaper than what a Ford dealer would charge. Excellent business, I highly recommend them.
