Battery World Albany

Had excellent service over the years from these guys. Always great genuine advice and products. Went above and beyond to get our ute started after returning from holiday. High recommend dropping in to see them for all battery concerns.

The service from the team at Battery World Albany was beyond first class. I was having issues with a dieing battery on my trip (part of a 2 battery system that's standard in my US made truck) whereby on occasion I would need to jump start it, albeit randomly. We called up prior, on a Saturday morning (about 2 hours out of Albany), to see if they have any in stock, which they did. Thinking that I would just buy the batteries and fit them on my own, somewhere on the side of the road really did have me concerned on my way to Albany. We got to Battery World Albany 30mins before closing on a Saturday. The sales person "Gary" came out and checked my batteries and confirmed they were stuffed. He said with these batteries they take about 3 hours to replace due to thier location in the engine bay, which I totally understood. Again 30 minutes from closing... However he just said "but we'll get it done for you today". I don't want to commit Battery World Albany to having to work beyond office ours, but in my instance they did. Half way through my holiday on the road, where I thought it was over, they got me back on the road with no fuss at all. Thankyou Battery World Albany and thank you Gary. Absolute Legends!

We dropped in with an issue with a secondary battery. Gary could not have been more helpful and supportive. He did a comprehensive under bonnet assessment that identifies the cause of the battery issues. He replaced the problem battery and provided invaluable guidance on some of the set up that we could change out to ensure no future issues. If you want genuine expertise, service and support then this is where you need to go as you won’t get this from your commercial auto stores.

Needed a new battery for my Ford Ranger and the young man that looked after me had my new battery fitted within 10 minutes and was very happy with the price & service. Would highly recommend this establishment.

Yesterday the car wouldn't start while we were parked in town. Almost certainly because the battery had died the death. I phoned Battery World Albany, they had the right battery in stock, came to us in the car park to install it, and in no time we were on our way. This is also the place I go to for all unusual batteries. They've never let me down.
