Battery World Yuasa $20K State Giveaway Promotion

1. The promotion is conducted by Battery World Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 050 399 605) of 37–65 Cobalt Street, Carole Park QLD 4300 ("Promoter").
2. The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 June 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2026 ("Promotional Period").
3. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. To enter, an eligible customer must during the Promotional Period:
   1. purchase any eligible Yuasa automotive battery from a participating Battery World store in Australia; and
   2. be a current VOLT member at the time of purchase (or successfully join the VOLT program at the time of purchase).
5. VOLT members receive double the chance to win. Eligible customers will receive two (2) automatic entries for each eligible Yuasa automotive battery purchased.
6. Multiple entries are permitted. Customers will receive entries for each eligible battery purchased, whether purchased in a single transaction or across multiple transactions during the Promotional Period.
7. Entries are recorded at the time of transaction through the Battery World point-of-sale system.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and purchases.

10. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
11. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Battery World franchisees, Yuasa, and associated agencies are ineligible.
12. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.
13. There are five (5) separate prize draws, one per promotional region:
    1. QLD — AUD $20,000
    2. NSW/ACT — AUD $20,000
    3. VIC/TAS — AUD $20,000
    4. WA — AUD $20,000
    5. SA/NT — AUD $20,000
14. The total national prize pool is AUD $100,000 (including GST).
15. Each prize will be paid by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account.
16. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for other goods or services.
17. Each regional draw will take place at 12:00 noon AEST on 12 August 2026 at Battery World Australia Pty Ltd, 37–65 Cobalt Street, Carole Park QLD 4300, or via an approved electronic draw system.
18. Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received in each respective region.
19. One (1) reserve winner per region will be drawn in case the original winner is deemed ineligible or does not claim the prize.
20. If required, any redraw will occur at 12:00 noon AEST on 14 September 2026 at the same location or via the same electronic draw system.
21. Winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw.
22. Winners’ details (surname, first initial and postcode) will be published on the Battery World website and official social media pages within 30 days of the draw.
23. Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
25. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
26. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory approval.
27. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to State or Territory regulation.
28. By entering, entrants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
29. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at www.batteryworld.com.au/privacy.
