We bought a battery from Ryan at Battery World Tamworth. We purchased at 5.20pm one afternoon after our battery died at short notice whilst visiting Tamworth. We had a function to attend so Ryan offered to drop the battery at our hotel. Awesome service. Then, the next day the car actually started with the old battery so we took it to Ryan. He tested it and then removed and installed the new battery. He then reconfigured the car as a result of the reset due to the battery replacement. All with a smile and great sense of humour. This is service. Whilst it seems rare these days when you get this type of service it really is awesome. Well done and thank you Ryan.
I called the shop and spoke to Dan to put a 3000w Hardcorr Inverter aside for me which was no problem at all. I got into the shop and was served by Ryan who was extremely helpful in customising everything to my setup. Really good price too! Fantastic Crew
I was in a dilemma with a battery as dead as a dodo,I called at 8.30 am ,could not leave work,so a very capable and helpful fella came to my work,replaced my car battery,was able to take payment on the spot. After the stress of being stuck twice in one day with an unresponsive car,knowing my car would start that afternoon was such a relief. Great service,100 out of 100.
