After finishing up some grocery shopping, I came back to find my car battery completely dead—I’d left the headlights on by mistake. I was in a rush to get to work and starting to panic. Luckily, I noticed Battery World just across the way and went in, hoping to buy a jump starter. When I explained the situation, one of the young staff members didn’t hesitate—he walked straight over to the store’s van parked out front, grabbed a jump starter from the back, and came with me to my car. In just a few minutes, he had it running again. To top it off, he wouldn’t accept any payment—just helped out with genuine kindness. I later returned to buy a jump starter of my own, wanting to be ready if it ever happened again. The team there recommended a great model with a built-in light and USB ports for phone charging, and even showed me how to use it properly with a demo unit. Battery World Rothwell has completely earned my trust. Friendly, professional, and genuinely community-minded—this is the kind of local business you want to support. I called in for a honest battery health check as I had an issue, the staff member was perfect and 100% honest. He explained the test that he carried out and what my problem was and then installed a new battery at a fair price. I have used this store before and every time they are great.

Fantastic. It was right on five when I arrived, told Brian that I needed a new battery as were I went to before tested it but couldn't fit it for me. So he just got the correct battery changed explained to me what i needed to know, was very helpful and kind. Great customer service will be going back there and recommending them.

Excellent customer service I arrived at the store on closing time 5pm and the salesman stayed back to help me by testing my car battery explaining everything about it to me. Allowed me to buy a new battery and he installed it into my car. All up he worked 20 minutes over his finishing time. What a fantastic man.... Thank you to that man for doing that for me.
