With very short notice we took our car and got an instant battery change, the service was fantastic. Price point was great, highly recommend and will go back.

I rang a few minutes before closing, in desperate need of a new car battery (if I turned off my car, it wouldn’t start). Although it was a Friday evening, Byron was very understanding, agreed to process my payment on the phone and promised to wait until I arrived to put the battery in. When I arrived, he handed me my warranty and got started straight away. On top of being patient, friendly and polite, he was knowledgeable about my Peugeot and efficiently changed the battery in a few minutes. I highly recommend Battery World for carrying the type of battery I was unable to locate at two other businesses but mostly for the exemplary customer service. Great Service. My Car was playing up, and I suspected the Battery. I worked with the Support Staff and did a Voltage Check and Start up test on the Car. They Advised on 2 Battery options and explained clearly. I was back up and running in 30 mins. Great Work!
