Had a great experience at Battery World today. A dealership told me I needed a new battery but didn’t explain why, so I went in for a second opinion. The team took the time to properly test it and clearly explain what was going on. They were honest and said I didn’t have to replace it immediately, but recommended doing it soon. Really appreciated the transparency and no-pressure advice—highly recommend!

I was greeted pleasantly by Shannon as I arrived in the drive in service. Shannon and Cooper both took great care of the boot lining/cover as they went about testing the battery not wasting time. Quick and easy. Cooper gave honest feedback about my battery condition not pushing for a sale. If my battery does need attention I will definitely be back to see the guys at Greenslopes for their expertise and service.
