Dealt with the owner who was amazing and really values old school customer service. The shop has a lot of stock, much more since the new owner has taken over and the knowledge that was shared was fantastic. Blair and Bethany joined the Battery World network in 2023, taking ownership of the Greensborough store with a focus on family values and community. Blair, a tradesman with 15 years’ experience in sheet metal, cabinetry and fitting, was running a waste disposal business with 2am starts before deciding it wasn’t suited to young family life. Together with Bethany, a qualified speech pathologist and self-described people person, the couple embraced the opportunity to be their own boss and build a flexible family business. Passionate about cars, camping and the outdoors, they’re committed to supplying the community with auto, marine, camping and home battery solutions. Their store also offers battery testing, fitting, recycling and roadside battery assistance, while they look forward to investing further in local schools and community initiatives.
