You rarely see this level of consistently high reviews for an automotive shop, but now I completely understand why. I went to Battery World Greensborough after being told elsewhere that my battery needed replacing. The gentleman there was absolutely next level. He thoroughly tested the battery, explained the results clearly, talked me through what may have happened and suggested the best next steps. Most importantly, he was honest and didn’t try to sell me a new battery when I didn’t actually need one. It’s genuinely refreshing to receive this level of knowledge, honesty and customer care. I’m extremely grateful for his help and will definitely come back here whenever I need anything battery-related. Highly recommended!

Dealing with 'Blair' was a positive customer service experience, and it is apparent he is well versed on all auto-electronic needs. The shop was clean and with clear displays. Blair and Bethany joined the Battery World network in 2023, taking ownership of the Greensborough store with a focus on family values and community. Blair, a tradesman with 15 years’ experience in sheet metal, cabinetry and fitting, was running a waste disposal business with 2am starts before deciding it wasn’t suited to young family life. Together with Bethany, a qualified speech pathologist and self-described people person, the couple embraced the opportunity to be their own boss and build a flexible family business. Passionate about cars, camping and the outdoors, they’re committed to supplying the community with auto, marine, camping and home battery solutions. Their store also offers battery testing, fitting, recycling and roadside battery assistance, while they look forward to investing further in local schools and community initiatives.
