Battery World Coffs Harbour

My car broke down over the last weekend. I was shopping at Bunnings and it didn't want to restart. The battery needed replacement in a while. I called my road side assist and I've got a very young man, 19 year old,called John from the Battery World. He was the most polite, professional and knowledgeable person I could have asked for. He changed my battery in a minute and he gave me all the necessary instructions. I wish my kids to become such well developed adults when they will turn 19. Thank you for all your help and for a great service John!

I recently visited Battery World for help with my motorcycle battery. The battery I had been using was worn out, would not hold a charge, and often didn't have enough cranking power to start the bike. The staff were helpful in identifying the issue and assisting me with selecting a replacement battery. I purchased a new battery that came with a warranty, which gave me added confidence in the purchase. Geoff was phenomenal!! After experiencing a flat battery and getting NRMA roadside assistance to get back on the road, I headed over to Coffs Harbour Batteryworld and dropped my car off in the middle of the night. I sent an email to the store in the early hours of the morning once I had settled into my hotel and advised the store about why there was a random car parked there, and that I would be in ASAP in the morning, so that I could arrange the replacement battery. Although the store only opened at 10am, Geoff called my mobile at 9:57am after reading the email and wanted to let me know I could take my time. Fortunately, I was just around the corner. I no sooner walked into the store and Geoff talked me through the battery options available to me and set about changing it over. There were a few other customers that arrived and he diligently took the time to let them know he would be with them momentarily, and then politely excused himself from my battery replacement. He was professional, courteous and a genuinely great bloke!! Highly impressed and would recommend to all who would listen. Thanks again Geoff!!
