Very polite and efficient young man served me. I took a dead ride-on mower battery to him to ensure that I got the right type and that it would fit the very confined space on the mower. He checked and double checked everything - height width etc- even whether the terminal bolts would fit the holes on the new battery. Explained warranty and added that I could have a battery tested there if ever the need arose. Also said I could leave the old battery saving a trip to the tip to dispose of properly. Took five minutes to reinstall the new battery - it was a perfect fit. Can’t complain about any aspect of the service received.

On Saturday late afternoon & the shop was due to close in 15 mins & i was lucky enough to have made it . I explained my car wasn't starting & i thought it maybe the battery so they checked it & i was. A new battery was fitted without hesitation & the staff couldn't be more helpful& to have a experienced Manager /Mechanic working there is truly a asset to the company. I will continue to support this company. Thankyou for making my day on Saturday I was sure I was going to be stuck all weekend with a dying battery

Great customer service. Staff went out of their wsy to help me find what I needed. They did'nt have what I needed in stock, so ordered same, gave approximate arrival day and contacted me when it arived. Friendly, helpful staff. Will use them again for my battery needs

Paul has been part of the Battery World network for over 15 years and was among the first to open a store. In 2016 he made a sea change, moving from Blacktown to the mid-north coast to take over Battery World Coffs Harbour. A qualified mechanic, Paul began his Battery World journey at a service station in North Richmond, quickly recognising the growing demand for batteries as Australians embraced new technology. He is passionate about solving customer problems and delivering reliable power solutions. Community-minded, Paul helped coordinate a major battery donation to the Children’s Hospital at Westmead in 2015 and continues to support causes such as autism research and Bravehearts. The store also runs in-store recycling for all types of domestic batteries, from cars to AAs.
